He was one of the youngest recipients to ever receive the Inc. 5000 award, and continues to leverage his high business acumen and executional prowess in his leadership role at Outlaw Ventures.

Nathan Sprague

CEO

Nathan has over 15 years of experience in power marketing and trading, asset management, power infrastructure development, and finance. He is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer and oversees all business operations at Outlaw Ventures.

Bryan Kauffman

Bryan has over 35 years of power supply, marketing, trading, transmission planning, and retail account management experience at investor-owned utilities. He plays a key role in ensuring that all new sites can be studied and approved for interconnection in a streamlined and timely manner to ensure maximum operational profit potential.

Shane brings over four years of experience in power development, interconnection strategy, and utility coordination. At Outlaw Ventures, he drives large-load project development by identifying viable interconnection points and turning grid constraints into clear, executable plans.
